Caitlin St Mark
Practice Manager
Caitlin St. Mark is the dedicated practice manager at Coeur d’Alene Plastic Surgery and OSI Hand Surgery, where she plays an integral role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering outstanding patient experiences. Since joining the team in 2020, she has worked along side Dr. Kuhlman-Wood, whose commitment to patient care inspired Caitlin to return to school to become a nurse.
Prior to her career in healthcare, Caitlin spent five years in the financial industry, where she cultivated a strong foundation in organizational leadership and client service. Her diverse professional background, coupled with her passion for helping others, allows her to bring a unique and compassionate approach to practice management.
Caitlin and her husband Alex have two children, Paxton and Colten. North Idaho locals, they enjoy spending time outdoors and actively supporting their community.
Shayna Stockton
Patient Care Coordinator / Surgery Scheduler
With 20 years in the dental industry, Shayna was an instant perfect fit for our practice! Starting at the Front Desk and as Dr. Kuhlman-Wood’s Medical Assistant, Shayna’s tenacity and attention detail lead her to become our Surgery Scheduler. She enjoys watching the journey of our patients, from start to finish, and loves getting to be a hands-on part of the process. Her empathy is one of her greatest character traits and resonates with our patients, making them feel safe and secure in the surgery process.
Shayna has been married to her husband Jon, for over 20 years and together they have three children; Bayleigh, Bryce, and MJ. Shayna loves staying active and being outside during all times of the year and especially enjoys skiing, boating, and golfing. She also loves exploring and traveling, whether it be with her husband, on a family vacation, or getting away with girlfriends.
Chandra Shupe, RN, MSN, IBCLC
Wellness Coordinator + Nurse Injector
As our Wellness Coordinator, Chandra’s love of nutrition and wellness led her to develop a program that leaves a lasting impact on her patients.
Chandra completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Yale University in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2006. In her nearly two-decade career she has had the privilege of expanding her medical knowledge in psychiatric and mental health processes, community health, women's health and trauma, post-partum care, and breastfeeding education, just to name a few.
Chandra is an avid skier and loves traveling with her husband and three daughters.
Kianna Whitmyer, RN, BSN
Nurse Injector + OR Circulator
Kianna joined CDA Plastic Surgery in 2019 while still in Nursing School. In the years following, she has become a seasoned member of the Medical team. In addition to her work in the operating room, Kianna is one of Maison de Lys's skilled Nurse Injectors. Known on Instagram as the CDA Beauty Nurse, Kianna continues to train and perfect her skills in this ever-evolving field of Aesthetics.
Erin Ball
Licensed Massage Therapist + LPN
Erin Ball is a dedicated healthcare professional with over two decades of experience in the fields of massage therapy and nursing. A Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2001, Erin specializes in therapeutic techniques that promote relaxation, healing, and overall wellness. Her compassionate approach and attention to detail have made her a trusted practitioner in her community.
In addition to her work as an LMT, Erin is also a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), a credential she has held since 2007. With a strong background in both hands-on patient care and therapeutic treatments, Erin blends her medical knowledge with her passion for wellness to provide holistic care to her clients.
With a focus on health, self-care, and a love for the outdoors, Erin lives her life with a deep commitment to well-being—both for herself and others. Whether in the clinic or in nature, she brings a caring and nurturing spirit to all that she does.
Tina Gamble
Master Medical Aesthetician + Injector
Tina Gamble, a licensed Medical Aesthetician and Instructor, brings decades of experience to Maison de Lys™. Of her many talents, Tina excels at identifying and helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Being precise and regimented has also led her to be a successful Botox injector. One of her greatest professional accomplishments includes being the only person in Coeur d’Alene who has attended and completed the CoolSculpting University Master’s Program. This in-depth program requires multiple years of CoolSculpting experience before enrollment, and has helped her become the most successful CoolSculpting Technician in our practice.
Before joining our team in 2017, Tina took her knowledge to Glen Dow Academy, where she was part of the Aesthetician Instructor staff. She has two adult children and loves spending time with her partner, Dave. An avid hiker, Tina is the adventurer of the practice, and always has a hike or trip to one of the National Parks planned.
Jayden Johnson
Master Medical Aesthetician
Jayden Johnson is a licensed Master Esthetician with over five years of experience in the skincare industry. Since 2019, she has specialized in eyebrow design and is known for her precision and passion for enhancing natural beauty. Jayden is dedicated to helping clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin through personalized treatments and a warm, welcoming approach.
She offers a range of advanced skincare services, including microneedling, medical-grade facials, and laser treatments, blending clinical expertise with a relaxing spa experience. Her goal is to create an environment where beauty, comfort, knowledge, and personalized care come together to support each client’s unique skincare journey.
Outside of work, Jayden enjoys spending her time outdoors—hiking, paddle boarding, and camping—embracing nature and a balanced lifestyle.
Isabella Ferreyra
Master Medical Aesthetician
Bella has always had a passion for skincare and makeup. She began her journey as a competitive makeup artist in high school, which ignited a deeper love for skincare. After becoming a medical assistant, Bella decided to combine her medical background with her creative drive by pursuing a career in aesthetics. She is now a Licensed Master Medical Aesthetician. Bella believes in enhancing and celebrating the skin’s natural beauty while embracing what makes each person unique.
Bella finds great joy in helping her patients leave the treatment room feeling confident, refreshed, and truly seen. She is especially passionate about advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, and tattoo removal.
Outside of Maison de Lys™, Bella enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her boyfriend. As an aunt to eight, she’s often surrounded by little ones and cherishes the energy they bring. She spends her summers boating, her winters skiing, and is always happy to cozy up with a good book and her cat, Leia.
Felicia Aldrich
Patient Concierge
Felicia is one of the first people you come in contact with, whether on the phone scheduling your reservation or greeting you with her vibrant smile as you walk through the front door. She loves clinical days as she gets to interact with patients and always learns something new about our procedures and treatments. Additionally, working for the only woman Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon from here to Boise makes her so proud to be a part of our team at Coeur d’ Alene Plastic Surgery.
Cooking, snowboarding, and shopping are amongst some of her favorite things to do. Some of the top highlights in her life include traveling to Amsterdam, Germany, and Paris. Her daughter Maisy and husband Trevor, are the best things to ever happen to her, and pushes her to always be the best example and role model.
Bayleigh Stockton
Patient Concierge
Bayleigh Stockton joined Maison de Lys™ as a Patient Concierge while finishing her Dental Hygienist schooling and training. Today, Bayleigh's primary occupation is that of a Dental Hygienist, yet she still makes time on Wednesday's to answer client questions and guide them effortlessly through Maison de Lys's many treatment options.
